Hello everyone

I have two questions:

1. Does the pronoun "none" take a singular verb or a plural verb? As following:

a. None helps me.

b. None help me.

2. If the subject of a sentence is "none", is it correct to tag the sentence? as follow:

- None helped me, did they?
