Non-standard sentence

1.For them, she is a paramour whom they cannot be without

2.For them, she is a paramour that they cannot be without

3.For them, she is a paramour which they cannot be without

If I am not mistaken, the 1st and the 2nd sentences are correct, but I am not so sure with the 3rd.

/ , however tells me that the 3rd sentence although non-standard is correct.

Please enlight me in this issue.

For them, she is a paramour which they cannot be without Which can't refer to a person in modern English. Such usage was common in the Middle English period about 600 years ago. CB
