For a hotel reply to a guest request for a non smoking room,
could you please check if the following sentence flow sounds natural in a business letter context?
Unfortunately, we do not have any non-smoking rooms available for the dates. We will make every effort based on availability at the time of check-in. We will at least try to erase smoke smell as much as possible, using an ozone deodorization device.
