Subject: Non-Renewal of Contract

Dear Madam Mariam, Mr. Mohamed Alkhouri, & Mr. Eihab,

Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh!

I am regretfully to inform you that my contract will be finished this 29th of December, 2019, I tender my decision that I no longer wanted to renew it.

I am sending this letter as an advanced notice, as per Qatar Labour Law and so that you will have enough time to prepare the following before my contract ends on December 29, 2018.

1.End-of-Service Benefits
2. Unpaid salary and Overtime
3. Exit visa/NOC
4. Plane ticket to the Philippines

This 2-month advanced notice will also provide you time to look for my replacement before the expiration of my contract.

Please be informed that I will stop working upon the expiration of my contract to avoid its automatic renewal.

Lastly, I really appreciate the opportunities that you gave me during my tenure with your Company. I have enjoyed my role as one of the RCC Secretary It has been an honor and pleasure working with you. I would like to take this chance also to especially thank you Madam ______ (Head of RCC) for the trust you put in me and believing in me. Most especially for your generosity (for giving us your valuable stuff) and thoughtfulness (for sharing your food with us) will remain in my heart. I would like to show also my profound gratitude for the experience that I've gained from you, I would say that I am now fully equipped because of the knowledge you have imparted to me, This will help me to find a better opportunity

Before I leave I am willing to reassignment my work and to assist in any way during the transition period.

I wish you, the team and everyone at RCC Department all the very best for your continued success.
