Non-habit forming or non habit-forming or non habit forming?

What's the correct way to express that a supplement isn't habit forming? Non-habit forming, non habit-forming, or non habit forming?

'Habit-forming' is an adjective with a hyphen in it and 'non-' should have a hyphen with it or be incorporated into the new word unless it is used in its original Latin form.

As 'nonhabit-forming' suggests 'forming a nonhabit' and that makes no sense, I would go with 'non-habit-forming'.
