Non-existing words

Any thoughts anyone on whether or not to use non-existing words?

Like voluntile... (or another: grudgy)

“A chance to make this relationship voluntile

so it would be really worthwile.”

They are called nonce words. The best writers do it. It's always risky, though. The meaning has to be clear enough. I'm afraid that "voluntile" fails that test because I have no idea what you want it to mean. "Grudgy" is more like it to mean "tending to hold grudges".
