Non defining and defining relative clauses respectively to explain and modify one antecedent?

'The group released several pictures of militants on Sunday, allegedly from Bangladesh, standing under the group's black flag.'

I am trying to analyze the sentence.

1) I was wondering if ', allegedly from Bangladesh,' functions as a non-defining relative clause and means an additional information of 'militants' and 'standing under the group's black flag' functions as a defining relative clause and modifies 'militants' And then in short, is it possible for two different relative clauses, non defining and defining relative clauses respectively to explain and modify one antecedent like that?

2) Or 'militants' functions as a sense subject and , allegedly from Bangladesh,' is inserted as a non defining relative clause and 'standing under the group's black flag' functions as an objective phrase of the preposition 'of' like 'Do you mind me smoking here?'

Here 'me' is a sense subject and 'smoking here' is an objective phrase of 'mind'

Or both #1 and #2 are possible?

What do you native English speakers think?

I hope that this question is clear enough to understand.

Thank you so much as usual in advance.

The sentence is not well written. ' If the clauses can be removed without changing the basic meaning of the sentence, they are non-defining. In this case, both clauses simply add additional information.
