Hello,

could anybody tell me if the expression "non-cost-increasing " is correct. Here is the context:

All non-cost-increasing changes to parts before the start of their manufacture shall not incur any additional costs for the Customer.

thank you for your answer. I must correct myself, it should be rather "non-value-increasing changes". As to negations I am of the opinion that we cannot exclude negations in this case. Because the condition under which the customer does not pay cannot be changed to a condition under which the customer is forced to pay.

No it does not imply that. And if I say I will pay unter certain conditions I do not give any information what I would do it the conditions were opposite.
