Nominative or objective case?

which is correct....

with my daughter and me providing support

with my daughter and I providing support

I think it is number 2 - nominative takes priority over objective? My friend and I disagree.

It would be preferable to say "with my daughter and me providing support." Rule: objective form after a preposition. (P.S. Don't be confused if you hear native speakers use "I." )
