Nocturnal emission

I hope you don't find this post offensive, however it is disapproving intrinsically.

I came across the phrase nocturnal emission for ejaculation at night. But I think, this phrase is too scientific to be used in everyday English.

Is there any replacement for that? what is normally used in such situations? I am talking about the condition of having ejaculation while dreaming at night?

What is that dream called? Is it wet dream? any other words?

I am really sorry for asking several questions in one post, I didn't want to allocate more post to such a topic.
