Nobody and someone

Hello
Is it OK to use "he/she" instead of "they" in the tag questions form of the following sentences?

Ex/
1. Nobody visited me.
did he? or did she?
2. Someone broke the window.
didn't he? or didn't she?
Or must we change them like follows?
Nobody visited me?
did they?
2. Someone broke the window.
didn't they?
Regards
JA

"he" and "she" don't sound right in (1). "he" and "she" are more possible in (2) if you are certain of the *** of the perpetrator (for example, you are addressing a group of boys), but even then it would be more usual and natural to use "they".
