It would be similar to the suffix 'holic' added to a word to show that the person is overly disposed towards that thing or activity, though 'oriate' hasn't yet reached that level of ubiqui

I think the word is all right, but the quoted sentence is horrible. I know what he was trying to say, but almost any AUEer could have said it better.

There are also some Googlehits for "Nobelaureate" and "Nobelauriate" (the former appearing on two Wikipedia pages that have been reproduced on several other sites). "Nobeloriate" does seem
