'no' vs 'not ~ any'

Could you confirm whether both of the sentences are okay in each of the following pairs? Thank you in advance.

1A. There is nothing in his hand.
1B. There isn't anything in his hand.

2A. Nothing is in his hand.
2B. Anything isn't in his hand.

3A. I have nothing to tell you except that I didn't do that.
3B. I don't have anything to tell you except that I didn't do that.

All OK except 2B. You can't use "anything" before the negation. It goes after the negation.

You can change the second pair thus:

There is nothing in his hand.
There isn't anything in his hand.

Now the negated verb (isn't) comes before anything, and it's c
