"No sooner was he given the money than he bought a car" Are these both right? Please check it too it will be nice of you. Situation-;My friend always say "I am just going to become a doctor" (butt actually he is not becoming.He has been saying this for 6 years.) Can I say this by the way of joke that"You have been going to become a Doctor for 6 years" ,can I say this. Thanks!
