She never gets confused over her dates, and I always do. But she does find me out, she make no row at all.

Would you explain the bold text?

Espicially "no" emphasizes that there is more being empathy in this sentence.

Oh yes, row is frequently used in BrEng to mean argument/squabble.

It just doesn't collocate in that context. If it had said 'she didn't pick a row with me' that would have been ok. But we don't 'make' a row. (well, we do, but that is when we are talking about a loud noise, not the argument meaning).
