No reply to email: asking again

I sent an email to someone probably from senior management of another company, asking for help to provide some information. But he has not replied. Any suggestions how I could ask the person again in email in a polite manner?

Thanks,
Clarence

How long has it been? Give the person some time to answer. The you can say: Dear Mr' Smith; I realize that you are a very busy person.

The you can say:
Dear Mr' Smith;
I realize that you are a very busy person. Could you please forward this email to someone who could give us (brief description of the information you are looking for.)
(A brief sentence on how this would be of benefit to both companies.)

Thanks for your reply. I found the answer in a post in this forum.

It goes something like this: "I was wondering if you had a chance to take a look at my email below."
