No one could

Hello,

1. No one could deny that she was pretty.

I have to rewrite the above sentences in the affirmative form without change in meaning.

A. Everyone could admit that she was pretty.

B.Everyone would admit that she was pretty.

Are both #A and #B correct?

Thanks.
