If we want to write sentence 1 without relative clauses, it should be like 2:

2- John mentioned three problems. I was aware of none of the problems.

Can you please do the same with sentence 3 as we did with 1?

3- However, no one who has ever worked in the field would question the abundance of Roman pottery, particularly in the Mediterranean region.

Here the negation is not in the relative clause as it was in sentence 1, so a different strategy may be needed.

Some people have worked in the field (of archeology). None of those people would question the abundance of Roman pottery, particularly in the Mediterranean region.
