I have to write the following sentences into affirmative with changing the meaning.

1. No one could deny that she was pretty.

A. Everyone could accept that she was pretty.

B. ?

2. I never in my life laid a plan and failed to carry it out.

A. I always in my life laid a plan and succeeded to carry it out.

Could anyone correct it?
