0 I've learned that 'no more than' means 'only' and 'not more than' means 'at most'. 02 br

00 I think 'not more than 5 kilograms' is '(not) + (more than 5 kilogram)' . 02 br

00 Meanwhile, I guess 'no more than 5 kilograms' is '(no more)+(than 5 kilograms)'. 02 br
00 The 'no more' in this case is the same one in 'no more Mister Nice Guy'. 02 br
