No more nor less

Hi. Are the following variations correct? Also, I think what is elided between the word "than" and the number "20" is the phrase "what it was." Am I correct? Thank you in advance for your help.


1. The world is no more safe nor less dangerous than 20 years ago.

2. The world is no more safe or less dangerous than 20 years ago.

3. The world is neither more safe nor less dangerous than 20 years ago.
