"no mention of this" which one is correct...

"no mention of this on..."

"no mention of this is on..."

I am not sure whether I should omit or keep "is".

I think my question should be which one is better.

I'd like to know in which context both will be correct, or only one.

Take for example mentioned on a news channel or paper.
