To me, “No matter” means it isn’t important enough that anything needs to be done.
“No problem” means it is easy enough to resolve or fix.
“Don’t worry” means isn’t important enough to be worried about; or if further clarified, “I’ll look after that.”
As a complete sentence, none is formal.
