No matter they are young or old, they all enjoy going to the spa.

Does the above sound right? If not, how would you revise it? Thanks.

It would look better as: "No matter if they are young or old, they all enjoy going to the spa". This is perfectly understandable, but I would be more likely to say: "Young or old, they all enjoy going to the spa".
