No longer will

Hello....

And suffering eyes no longer will accuse, but shine in thanks to you who blessing gave.

*************

The underlined part usually means "There are suffering eyes, but the suffering eys will no longer accuse".

Can we understand it to mean "There is no suffering eyes that will accuse"?
