Hi
I have some questions.

no less than, no more than
and
no less _ than, no more _ than

are there same meaning?

A is tall no less than B.
=A is almost tall.

'She lived no less successful lives than them whose names have become familiar to the world.'
=She almost lived successful lives.

A write no more than 2 letters.
=A write only 2 letters.

A is no more important than B.
=Only B is more important (not A).
