No less than

Thanks for your response to my post.

A: How is C and her kids?

B: They are fine.

A: C's kids are very naughty just like their mother.

B: Hahaha! Yeah, but their father is no less than their mother.

By no less than I mean 'he is as naughty as she'. Is the phrase conveying the same meaning?
