0I found out in some conditions, people would like to add 'no less' to the end of a sentence to emphasize.Such as:02br

00A murderer, no less.02br
02br
00Maj. Strasser, of the Third Reich, no less.02br

MarxistA murderer, no less.

Maj. Strasser, of the Third Reich, no less.
It's hard to say "specifically" what it means. It's meant to add something exclamatory to the words that precede.
I'd say it means "Imagine that!" or "Can you believe it?" or "What do you think of that?!"
A murderer! Imagine that!

Maj. Strasser
