Is the word "terrible" used correctly in this sentence?

A: Hi, you don't look well.

If so, then shouldn't (s)he said: Yes, I feel terrible. Saying no, and following it with conforming sentence comes strange to me.

Mmm - A has said: Hi, you don't look well. I would say B's reply could just as well be: 'No, I don't feel well'. I think No is more approriate than Yes in this case.
