no determiner needed?

Hi everyone, in this sentence

"...Wherein he will supply me with product via Tampa"

Why is it "product" and not "a product" or "products"?? is this sentence incorrect? the sentence refers to situations where an individual will receive a type of product again and again Emotion: beer. Why doesn't he use "products" since its plural. I am confused....

thanks

You're right; it should be "products" or otherwise have a determiner before "product."

Using 'product' like that is business jargon, not used by the general public..
