No-brainer

Hi,

Do 'no-brainer' and 'simple minded' mean the same thing?

Does it mean I'm stupid or not intelligent if someone says, "I'm no-brainer or I'm simple-minded?"

Thanks,

Especially CJ's detailed explanations. That's all I need.

I saw a person say "I'm no brainer." I believe it was improper.
