Yes, but in Arabic the phrase "night stars" is usually used. I thought maybe there is a phrase in English like that.

I can't think of anything that is routinely used. Phrases like "stars at night" do find some use I guess, but in everyday contexts (i.e. non-scientific) stars are associated with night anyway, so in English you don't usually have

Also, in Ngram, I've found the phrase "stars of the night sky" common, but "night" stars" is more common.
