Night guard nurse / activate a matter

night guard nurse charges - to what "guard" reffer in this context? and what is, please?


Please check out matters and activate them I don't understand what is to "activate a matter", thanks for helping... On 4/9/18 completed and forwarded you all needed documents related to my operation. Since then, not received any payments nor reaction from the Private Health Insurance Company for the refund of my operation charges , hospitalization charges and night guard nurse charges.
