Night auditing procedures (please native, I need to write this)

Hello,

I would like to be able to correctly express this. If anyone has been a night auditor in USA, could you tell me if these sentences are properly written and use the grammar, terms and correct structure a night auditor would use?

As a night auditor, your job is to run a night audit at days end at around midnight which allows you to go to the next day in your system.

All you need to do is press a button, and all the charges that the receptionist posted to each guest's folio will be permanently posted to the guest's folio. At the end of the night audit (once the system has posted all charges) the printer will print out a report with all the accounting info such as charges). Your system will go to the next day. The date will read October 24th if before the night audit it was October 23rd.

If A guest wants to pay what she owes before you run the night audit, you need to manually count what she owes talking into account that the room charge and taxes haven't gone through. posted to his or her folio yet for the day.

If the balance is at -150 dollars, meaning the hotel at this point owes the guest 150 dollars, don't be fooled, the room and tax charge might amount to 230 dollars, in which case, you'll have to anticipate that if he or she wants to pay before you run the night audit procedures. She owes 80 dollars, only after you run the night audit, meaning you've posted all charges for the day to the guest's folio will you see a balance of + 80 dollars.

Sometimes you are better off asking the guest to come back and pay at check out once all the chages have been posted so as not to either have the guest overpay or underpay if you were to make a mistake.

Thank you so much
