NICELY DRAWN / NICELY OUTLINED

How would you say this sentence?

1 He has a very nicely drawn mouth/nicely outlined mouth.

(meaning you can really see it, it sticks out)

and how would you say this sentence please?

- He can come at 5 pm just as he can come at 8 pm. You never know with him. He's not a person you can depend on nor is he good with time.

He could show up at 5 or he could show up at 8. / It's anybody's guess when he'll show up.
You never know with him. / You can never be sure with him.
