Gathering from the previous posts regarding this issue, I understand the following sentences are acceptable:
It's raining today. The weather is nice today. I hope tomorrow will be (is) nice. I hope it will be (is) nice tomorrow. I hope the weather will be (is) nice tomorrow.
And the following are not common:
Today is raining. I hope tomorrow it will be (is) raining.
But I am not sure if the following are natural:
The weather is windy (sunny, etc.) today. I hope tomorrow will be sunny. I hope the weather will be (is) warmer (sunny, etc.) tomorrow.
