Hi,

...Murka was the nice of juice - that's right

It's is a line from an English translation of the famous Russian underworld song "Murka".

I wonder if the expression "(she is) the nice of juice" meaningful?/not rude?/common enough in English?

In my native language it is absolutely acceptable/PC (and idiomatic too) to say (word for word), "She is in full blossom/juice"...
My first guess was that "she is the nice of juice" might be close enough to the more straightforward "to be in full blossom/juice" :-)

Well in English 'she was the nice of juice' is not even grammatical, much less intelligible.

Oh, something like 'Murka was a real spring chicken' or 'Murka was in the full bloom of maidenhood' (both idioms) might serve, depending on the register of the context.
