I need your help. I'm going to send an email to the dean of the college and I would like to make very nice email without any mistake, So, here is the email:

Thanks buddy. Could you tell me, Why did you remove "to" after regarding? and is there grammer of (regarding to)?
Second, Is there "to" after recommended ?
