NFL injury codes

Here is what they are supposed to mean (1)
Probable, 75% chance player will play
Questionable, 50% chance player will play
Doubtful, 25% chance player will play
Out, player will not play
Don't know if that is before or after considering the effects of drugs.

What's with the weird quoting style? Is there some kind of handicap imposed by something out of your control? Don't take this amiss, but one has to wonder why you are the only one in the group using this style of quoting and attributing.
