Next Time

Hi!

The next time I do this, it'll be really well.

The next time I did this, it'd be really well.

The first sentence might be the common thing to say, but do you think the second one can also be used? Why or why not?

Thanks!Emotion: smile

Not to my ear. I would change it to one of the following:

The next time I do this, it'll be really good.
The next time I do this, I'll do it really well.
frostwhitedo you think the second one can also be used?
Yes, but only if modified a bit.
