W is for Wednesday, omit next i.e. T for Thursday next is F for Friday, likewise last T is for Thursday and so next will be F for Friday.

Surely the next letter in the sequence has to be "S", for saturday as your formula would omit letter "F".

I think the answer would be S for Saturday as you started with WFSTT - which could mean Wednesday, Friday, Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday ... going through days of the week skipping every other day ...
