Newspaper printing room

I'm looking for the phrase that an experienced newspaper publisher's employee might use for the large room or span where the high-speed newspaper presses operate. I want it to sound professional rather than like a phrase contrived by an outsider like me. Anybody know?

It's called "the press room."

AvangiIt's called "the press room.
You're right, according to dictionary.com/
But wikipedia seems to suggest that it also means press gallery. See paragraph 2.

That was the confusing point.

Actually, I gave up trying to find a clear reference because there seem to be bars all over the country called "the press room," and each one seems to have a hundred Google hits.

Fortunately, I spend some hours in a room with "real" presses as a lad.

I believe you now that I've double-checked in dictionary.com. Trying to find out these things online is difficult. I spent hours and hours.
