News stand???

There are some people selling news paper on the streets, unfolding a big fabric and put some news papers there.
Please see the picture in the attached file.

What do I call it by English? Is it a news stand?

Because 'news stand' would imply the vendors you are referring to make use of a 'stand', as in the picture below.
