I've seen many news articles on newspapers started with info on location and time such as: 'HAITI, Jan 16 - '. Must the location be that of where the news happens or could it the location where the news is written. For example, if I am in Thailand and is writting a report about an earthquake in Haiti, could I start the article with 'BANGKOK, Jan 16 -' before atrting the news body?
Thanks and best regards, Gunter
