Does anybody know a website from which I can watch daily news in English with subtitles? Thank you

CNN has a service for the hearing impaired and subtitles are offered. You need to configure your TV or cable installation to actually show the subtitles. If CNN has it, I'm guessing that the BBC and others do as well.
