Newbie here: need Help on writing a letter of Proof on Language Proficiency

Hello guys,first of all, your site is very helpful, informative and easy to use. Kudos to all of you!     I'm a newbie here, so i'm not familiar with the rules, but anyway here's what im looking for: I need a Formal letter of Proof of Language Proficiency. A letter stating that I'm proficient in using the english language. I will be using this letter as one of my requirements in my application to migrate to canada.      I don't know how to begin the letter that's why Im here. Sorry.    I just need the basic information/ structure of the letter. Maybe an sample would be a very good help.     Thank you!

omg, i need one of those too even though the only language i know is english. i dont know how to start it either.
