Hello,

In case you want to caption a picture of an imaginary version of a movie(for example, your imagination of a new Star Wars movie), which of the following is correct?

New Star Wars movie.
The new Star Wars movie.

The question of the article doesn't really have anything to do with its being an imaginary version. Normally that phrase needs an article. A headlinese style, in which articles are dropped, is sometimes used for captions.
