If you want to say it this way, you need to say

To win in which tournament is the first priority for the team? But this is very awkard.

A little less awkward is

Winning in which tournament is the first priority for the team?

More idiomatic, particularly in speech, would be something like

Which tournament is it the team's first priority to win in?

In terms of meaning,

'to win in a tournament' could mean you just win one game in the duration of the tournament.

'to win a tournament' clearly means you win the entire tournament.

The word 'competition' is a lot more common than 'tournament'.

Actually, I mean winning the entire tournament. Then, maybe I should write: Winning which competition is the first priority of the team?  No.... That is why it has to be correct and understandable for foreigners. And the meaning of the question is:

One team take part in several tournaments/competitions. So, it's a kind of survey for the fans. Winning which tournament do they consider to be prioritized for the team. Probably, I wrote something wrong again. OH.

'Which competition should be the team's first/top priority?'

'Which competition should the team focus on?'

'Winning' is implicit. No team wants to lose.

3) The 28-year-old had spent six seasons with the club. (Should I write "had spent" or "has spent"?)

In countries where soccer is possible, a team ilke Northampton FC is simply referred to as Northampton. If you want to use FC, put it at the end, eg Northampton FC.

2) FC NN wish Alexandr further success in his future career. OK

3) The 28-year-old had spent six seasons with the club. (Should I write "had spent" or "has spent"?) Say 'had' in this context, since he seems to be leaving the team at the time of speaking.
