Hi everyone! I'm Dong( Dong Thanh nguyen ).I'm in Viet nam, I’m 29. I hope that I can meet new friends this forum and learn about english skills in English. Welcome to EF, Dong! A long time ago, one of my students was a Vietnamese boy who had come to live in Helsinki with his parents. He was very smart: after living two years in Finland, he had a better grasp of Finnish grammar than some of his Finnish classmates.

- Of course he still had to master some of the seemingly countless inflections that there are in Finnish, but the basic grammatical structures were very clear in his mind.
- I found that quite odd considering that many of those structures don't exist in Vietnamese.
