'new beginning' and 'fresh start' ?

Hello?

I'm wondering what is the difference between 'new beginning' and 'fresh start'...

I certainly know that there is subtle difference between'em. However, nuancewise, which one is more appropriate to be used as the motto or principal of a company..?
